RESÒ Lab

RESÒ Lab is part of RESÒ – International Network for Art Residencies and Educational Programs, the residency program for international artists started in Piedmont (Italy) in 2010 and promoted by Fondazione per la Arte Moderna e Contemporanea CRT. Unlike the other two-months long residencies of the program, RESÒ Lab proposes three-weeks long research experiences. The goals of these short residencies are to promote the access to new interesting realities, to allow a first knowledge of the context and direct contact with the local area. Moreover, RESÒ Lab promotes exchanges with International Partners even in univocal mode, with residencies IN or OUT, also not simultaneously. During RESÒ Lab residences, artists are introduced into the local art scene through meetings and visits related to each individual research.

During these years, RESÒ Lab has been realised through the mutual exchange with BIRUCHIY contemporary art project (Ukraine), from 2014, thanks to the curatorship of Massimo Melotti. For the seventh RESÒ edition, RESÒ Lab starts a new collaboration with CAIRN art center (France), and confirms the mutual exchange with BIRUCHIY contemporary art project (Ukraine).
